You have accessed less than 25% of the course content
The refund request is submitted through our official contact channels

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed
Certificates that have been issued
Customized or personalized services
Refund requests submitted after 30 days from enrollment

Processing Time

Course Access After Refund

Upon approval of a refund, your access to the course materials will be revoked immediately. You will no longer be able to access course content, download materials, or receive certificates.
