- You have accessed less than 25% of the course content
- The refund request is submitted through our official contact channels
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed
- Certificates that have been issued
- Customized or personalized services
- Refund requests submitted after 30 days from enrollment

Course Access After Refund
Upon approval of a refund, your access to the course materials will be revoked immediately. You will no longer be able to access course content, download materials, or receive certificates.
